Role Overview: What you will be doing as an Audit and Accounts Manager Act as the main contact for the internal team, clients, HMRC, and other professional advisors. Oversee all aspects of audit and accounts assignment management Job planning, budgeting, and time management. Delegating tasks to the team and supervising their progress. Detailed review of files, providing feedback, and managing projects. Reviewing corporation tax computations and coordinating with Tax Specialists. Preparing files for partner review, including calculating corporation tax and submitting to HMRC and Companies House. Promote the firm''s interests to employees, clients, prospective clients, and other stakeholders. Motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to junior staff, ensuring their professional growth and development.
