This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager seeking a varied role combining client portfolio management, audit leadership and team development. You''ll work with a broad range of owner-managed businesses and established organisations, and will be responsible for a varied and interesting portfolio. Key responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of audit and accounts clients with fees of up to £750k.Manage audits from planning to completion.Review statutory accounts.Provide guidance on technical accounting and auditing matters.Support training, performance management, and career development of junior staff.Assist with resource planning and assignment scheduling.Qualifications and Skills: ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).At least 2 years'' post-qualified experience within a UK accountancy practice.Strong background across both audit and accounts.Experience managing client portfolios and reviewing assignments.Excellent knowledge of UK accounting and auditing requirements.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.What You''ll Get:Competitive salary and excellent benefits packageHybrid working arrangementsResponsibility for an interesting and varied client baseCareer progression ..... full job details .....
