Audit and Accounts Associate

Fin Search are recruiting an Audit and Accounts Associate on a permanent basis for a leading accountancy firm based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well performing firm in a newly created role. Following completion of AAT, this role will progress on to ACA. The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. As an Audit Associate, this role is split across audit work and accounts preparation work. Duties will include, however are not limited to, work on a variety of audit assignments as part of a team, preparing year end statutory accounts to include group consolidations, drafting corporation tax computations, assisting clients as required with advice, bookkeeping, VAT returns and cloud-based software packages such as Xero and Quickbooks and involvement with occasional ad hoc work such as business valuations, tax planning, and due diligence assignments.
