The Company

We are looking for an exceptional Audit & Compliance Lead to take ownership of operational excellence with a dynamic and ambitious QSR brand. You''ll have the platform to influence national standards, drive meaningful operational improvements, and directly contribute to business growth while helping franchise partners achieve long-term success.

The Role

As our Audit & Compliance Lead, you will hold full responsibility for operational excellence and compliance across a network of restaurants operated by franchise partners. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on creating sustainable improvements in operational standards, profitability, guest experience, and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with franchisees and cross-functional teams to develop and embed robust frameworks, policies, and procedures that protect and strengthen the brand while enabling operational agility and growth.

You will lead and develop the company''s audit and compliance strategy across all franchised locations to drive operational excellence through consistent execution of brand standards and compliance frameworks.

You will monitor operational performance metrics and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the network and act as a trusted advisor to franchise partners, supporting them in achieving both operational excellence and business growth.

The Person

You will bring significant experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or franchise operations combined with a proven background in audit, compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Experience working with franchise partners and influencing performance with the ability to develop frameworks, audit programmes, training initiatives, and operational processes.
