Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working with an established accountancy firm in London that is looking to recruit an Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join its growing team.

The Role
Working closely with experienced accountants and managers, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality service to a diverse client base.
Your responsibilities as the Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior will include:
- Preparing statutory accounts for a range of clients
- Supporting and undertaking audit assignments from planning through to completion
- Preparing corporation tax computations and returns
- Assisting with personal tax work where required
- Preparing management accounts and financial information
- Liaising with clients and responding to queries
- Supporting more junior members of the team
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines
- 2 years' experience in audit and accounts within an accountancy practice
- Good knowledge of UK accounting standards and statutory accounts
- Experience preparing accounts for limited companies, partnerships and/or sole traders
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
