Audio Visual Warehouse Manager - Event Production
Full Time Operations / Warehouse Live Events and Technical Production You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring equipment and vehicles are clean, maintained, tested, complete and ready when required.You will lead and motivate the warehouse team, plan workloads around upcoming projects and work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to make sure equipment is prepared and dispatched on time.Key responsibilities will include:Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse teamPlanning warehouse resources, rotas and workloadsEnsuring equipment is picked, checked, clean, complete and ready for dispatchManaging equipment returns, damage, repairs and maintenanceMaintaining accurate stock and inventory recordsCoordinating equipment testing, inspections and certificationMaintaining high standards of warehouse organisation, cleanliness and housekeepingOverseeing vehicle checks, cleanliness, loading and general readinessSupporting deliveries, collections and last-minute site requirementsEnsuring health and safety standards and safe working practices are maintainedWorking closely with Project Managers and technical departments to anticipate requirements and resolve problemsAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in warehouse, technical operations or event production managementA confident and positive people leaderHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive and comfortable planning aheadCalm and ..... full job details .....
