As an Audio Visual Technician (AV Technician), your primary responsibility is to ensure the delivery of audiovisual and media services to the business in a professional and efficient manner. You will provide support and assistance to clients through various channels and be responsible for technical support during both in-person and virtual meetings and events. You will work closely with the AV Management / Senior AV Technicians and contribute to continuous service improvements, as well as mentor junior technicians in best practices.
