This office-based role is focused on delivering reliable audio-visual and meeting room technology support, ensuring seamless hybrid meetings, presentations, hearings and events.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day support for the firm''s AV estate, including meeting rooms, client-facing spaces and collaboration areas.Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, displays, cameras, microphones, control systems and wireless presentation technology.Perform room readiness checks, preventative maintenance, firmware updates and approved system upgrades.Troubleshoot AV, hybrid meeting, presentation, audio, video, screen sharing and connectivity issues, escalating where required.Deliver first-line support for meeting room technology, including laptop connectivity, docking, Wi-Fi, display output and audio device issues.Support internal and client-facing events, webinars, presentations and live meetings, including operating room technology where required.Maintain AV documentation, asset registers, system diagrams and user guides.Liaise with third-party...</description>
