Key Responsibilities Coordinate all AV requirements for conferences, meetings and live events. Deliver exceptional technical support before, during and after events. Build strong relationships with clients and venue teams. Identify opportunities to enhance event delivery through additional AV services. Prepare quotations and event proposals. Set up, operate and maintain professional AV equipment. Manage on-site AV inventory and equipment maintenance. Produce event schedules and weekly operational reports. Lead and support the on-site AV technician while coordinating freelance technicians when required. Work closely with hotel operations to ensure event spaces are fully prepared.
