This is a hands-on field-based role, responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing and fault-finding a wide range of professional AV systems at customer sites. You will work directly with customers to diagnose technical issues, deliver effective solutions and ensure AV systems are operating to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customer service. Key Responsibilities Attend customer sites to carry out planned and reactive AV service work. Diagnose and resolve faults across a range of audio visual equipment and systems. Install, configure and commission AV equipment where required. Carry out preventative maintenance and system health checks. Troubleshoot audio, video, control and connectivity issues. Replace, repair and configure AV equipment and associated components. Work with manufacturers, suppliers and internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
