Audio Visual Event Technical Sales Manager - venue based

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels. Actively seek out sales opportunities, upsell additional services, and meet sales targets.Oversee the full lifecycle of events and conferences, including budgeting, planning, and billing.Supervise the technical aspects of live events to ensure smooth execution.Liaise with external third-party providers to source equipment and technical labor as needed.Experience RequiredProven experience in sales and a strong ability to close deals.2+ years of events production experience with hands-on technical knowledge, especially in Lighting, Audio, Projection, and LED.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.Strong organizational and managerial skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience managing people is advantageous but not required.
