Your New RoleWe''re working with an established commercial AV company that is looking to add an experienced AV Service Engineer to their team.This is a hands-on field-based role suited to an AV Engineer who enjoys fault finding, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on customer sites, rather than being purely installation focused.You''ll be working across a range of commercial AV environments, attending customer sites to diagnose faults, repair equipment and ensure systems are operating correctly. Your ResponsibilitiesAttend customer sites to investigate and resolve AV faultsDiagnose technical issues across a range of commercial AV systemsCarry out repairs, replacements and remedial worksTroubleshoot AV equipment, signal paths, connectivity and system issuesCarry out preventative maintenance and servicing where requiredSupport customers with technical issues and provide professional on-site serviceWork with existing AV installations to identify the cause of faults and implement effective solutionsComplete service reports and maintain accurate records of work undertakenLiaise with customers and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently You Will HavePrevious experience working within AVStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting skillsExperience diagnosing and resolving AV system issuesA hands-on approach to technical problem solvingThe ability to work independently on customer sitesGood communication and customer-facing skillsA full UK driving ..... full job details .....
