This is a role where you will oversee installations on-site, mentor junior engineers, liaise with project managers and clients, and ensure projects are delivered to exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineers and subcontractors on-site. Deliver high-quality installation of AV, networking, home cinema, lighting control, CCTV, access control and automation systems. Build and wire equipment racks, terminate cabling, and commission systems. Interpret technical drawings and schematics to guide installations. Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects remain on schedule. Mentor junior engineers and maintain high standards of workmanship and site safety.
