Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for AV and conferencing systems. Set up and support meeting rooms, video conferencing, and live/hybrid events. Monitor AV infrastructure to ensure reliable, high-quality performance. Respond to technical issues, delivering excellent end-user support, including executive-level users. Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams on system upgrades, installations, and continuous improvements. Skills andamp; Experience 3+ years'' experience supporting enterprise AV and conferencing technologies. Strong knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Google Meet. Experience with room-based conferencing systems and AV technologies such as Crestron, QSC, Shure, and similar platforms. Good understanding of AV networking and IP-based media solutions. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Relevant degree or equivalent experience; AV certifications are advantageous.
