Audio Visual (AV) Engineer

Contract: AV Engineer Start Date: ASAP (after background check completion) Duration: 4 months Location: City of London Rate: £295-£305 a day (deemed inside IR35 via umbrella solution) Reference: 20642Experienced AudioVisual AV Engineer to support our client with a new office build, delivering audio visual, unified communications, and telephony infrastructure across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces. You will have hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting AV/UC systems in large enterprise client environments. Key for this role is experience of organising and setting up corporate events including setting up meeting rooms, sound boarding, cameras, visuals etc Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and commission AV equipment across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces as part of a new office build and on going events First and second fix AV cabling, including HDMI, network, and speaker cabling, in line with structured cabling standardsMount, align, and configure displays, projectors, screens, cameras, microphones, and speakersDeploy and configure video conferencing platforms, including Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and telephony/UC endpointsTest and calibrate room systems end-to-end, ensuring audio, video, and control systems function reliablyConfigure and support AV control systems and room scheduling panelsWork closely with project managers, electricians, and other trades to deliver AV works to programmeProvide day one ..... full job details .....
