Audio Visual andamp; Unified Communications Support Engineer Central London (5 days on site) £180 per day - inside IR35 On behalf of a global leading consultancy, I have an urgent requirement an experienced Audio Visual andamp; Unified Communications Support Engineer to join the business on an initial 6-month contract. Due to the urgency of this role, you must be able to start immediately. The Audio Visual-Unified Communications Support Engineer will deploy and support their Audio Visual and Unified Communications global estate. The candidate will work with their managed services to lead implementations of technically appropriate AV/VC/UC andamp; Telephony products (Ring Central). Due to the in-person nature of the role, applicants must be willing to work 5 days on site at their Central London (West End) offices, therefore you must be within commutable distance of this location. PLEASE NOTE: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, therefore you must have full working rights without restriction to work in the UK. Responsibilities: Manage enterprise network audio-video-related projects. Troubleshoot video issues on network and report progress on various projects and installations. Drive the adoption of video conferencing service usage via Zoom, Teams and/or Webex. Follow, review, and recommend process changes and standards for design and documentation where necessary.
