We are recruiting for a full-time Service Reception Manager to become part of our exceptional team at Nottingham Audi.As a Service Reception Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of Service Advisors, Aftersales Consultants, and Showroom Hosts to ensure excellent customer service and first-time resolution, with the ability to communicate clearly with both customers and colleagues.
