About the role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Audi Expert to join our team at Audi Nottingham. This is an exciting and varied position, ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering a class-leading customer experience and building genuine, long-lasting relationships with our guests. As an Audi Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. You will initiate conversations, build rapport, and guide customers through their ownership journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. Your role is not simply to sell; it is to inspire confidence in the Audi brand and ensure every customer interaction is memorable for the right reasons. Key responsibilities include promoting the full range of Audi vehicles, accessories, and ownership benefits, clearly articulating the brand''s unique selling points; proactively presenting and selling Vehicle Connection and Service Plan products, ensuring customers understand the value and benefits of each; and managing a personal portfolio of customers, conducting regular follow-up contact to maintain engagement throughout the ownership lifecycle. This is a full-time position which will typically include weekend working, in line with our commitment to providing customers with the highest possible levels of service.
