They are seeking to recruit an Auction Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. Key duties will include: Provide administration support to various personnel as requested including but not limited to; printing, scanning, chasing up documents from external parties, updating the database. Request for auction boards to be installed on properties where necessary, via the portal and via email. Ensure the office space is kept tidy and that all provisions including stationery and refreshments are well-stocked. Ensure any faults are logged promptly and management are made aware of any issues. Create and manage viewing schedules for properties with viewings conducted by our viewing agents. Working with the wider auction team, including the viewing agents and staff across various office locations.
