      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Start Date: September 2026  Salary: £10,277 - £10,753 (FTE £36,525 - £38,218) per annum, plus excellent benefits including contributory pension scheme, health benefits, free gym membership, lunch during term-time.  We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well organised attendance secretary to join our team for two days per week (Thursday and Friday). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our attendance processes and ensuring a welcoming and efficient service.  Main Duties and Responsibilities   To organise and manage a high-quality registration system.  Manage day to day operations and maintenance of the registration system, updating all term information.  To encourage all staff to consistently follow all registration legal requirements.  To assist/support staff in the use of the systems, as relevant.  To provide acute and timely monitoring reports.  To communicate effectively with staff and parents on attendance matters. Inform and engage.  To ensure with deputy head pastoral the school complies with legislation regarding attendance.
