The role requires you to act, where necessary, in the role of a mentor in terms of supporting high engagement with all elements of the Study Programme and a positive attitude to learning. The role complements the work undertaken by other cross-college support teams and will require a high level of communication particularly with the Tutor team and the Learning Support and Student Engagement Team.
