This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in school administration, pastoral support, attendance monitoring, or working with young people who is passionate about improving student outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated pastoral team, support attendance improvement strategies, and play a key role in ensuring students attend school regularly, remain engaged with learning, and receive the support they need to succeed.The RoleAs an Attendance Officer, you will work closely with the pastoral team, Heads of Year, senior leaders, students, and families to monitor attendance, identify concerns, and provide effective support to improve attendance and punctuality.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality across the school.Following up unexplained absences and maintaining accurate attendance records.Identifying attendance trends, persistent absence, and students requiring additional support.Contacting parents/carers ..... full job details .....
