This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised school attendance professional who has previous experience working in a similar role and is proficient in using SIMS . Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain accurate student attendance records. Identify and follow up on student absences, lateness and patterns of poor attendance. Contact parents and carers regarding unexplained absences and attendance concerns. Update and maintain attendance information using SIMS. Produce attendance reports and support the school in improving overall attendance and punctuality. Work closely with pastoral staff, senior leaders and other relevant colleagues to address attendance issues. Ensure attendance procedures and safeguarding protocols are followed.
