The Role As the Attendance Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring attendance, following up on absences and working closely with families and school staff to address attendance concerns. Your duties will include: Monitoring daily pupil attendance and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Following up on unexplained and persistent absences with parents and carers. Recording attendance information accurately using the school''s MIS. Identifying patterns and concerns around attendance and escalating where appropriate.
