We are seeking a motivated and organised Attendance Mentor to help improve the attendance and overall educational outcomes of children with a social worker. Key ResponsibilitiesMentor, monitor and analyse attendance data.Work with schools, pupils, parents/carers, and professionals to address attendance concerns.Support and review attendance improvement plans.Attend meetings and liaise with partner agencies.Maintain accurate records and case notes.Promote positive attendance and early intervention.Challenge inappropriate use of reduced timetables Essential RequirementsExperience working within an educational setting.Knowledge of attendance processes within schools.Experience supporting school attendance improvement.Experience working with children, young people, and families, ..... full job details .....
