      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Camden Learning is seeking a skilled and committed professional to join our team as an Attendance Improvement Officer. This important role focuses on working in partnership with schools to strengthen whole-school approaches to attendance, supporting leaders and staff to develop and implement evidence-informed strategies that improve outcomes for all pupils. The successful candidate will provide expert advice, use data to identify priorities, and help embed inclusive, sustainable practice that addresses barriers to attendance, particularly for vulnerable children. Applicants should have experience of working with schools or multi-agency services, a strong understanding of attendance and inclusion, and excellent interpersonal skills.
