ATE Test Engineer

I am recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Diagnostic ATE Test Engineer to join a highly successful engineering and manufacturing business based in Wimborne. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Diagnostic ATE Test Engineer to work on a range of analogue and digital electronic products, carrying out testing, fault finding and product verification to meet both customer and business requirements. The successful Diagnostic ATE Test Engineer will play a key role in ensuring product quality, reliability and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Diagnostic ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing electronic and electro-mechanical equipment using both bench test equipment and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining high manufacturing standards. Key responsibilities of the Diagnostic ATE Test Engineer will include:Testing analogue and digital electronic products using both bench test equipment and ATE systemsTesting electronic and electro-mechanical equipment including low voltage, 110V, 230V, 440V and E.H.T. productsVerifying products and documentation against drawings, wiring schedules and test proceduresFault finding electronic and electro-mechanical equipment down to component levelRectifying faults where appropriate and recording fault information accuratelyIdentifying faults with test equipment and initiating repair actions when requiredCompleting all ..... full job details .....
