This is a genuinely hands-on role - you''ll be assembling and wiring the rack, integrating the fixture, and developing/debugging the LabVIEW test application that runs on it, so it suits someone equally happy with a screwdriver and a soldering iron as with LabVIEW code.Responsibilities:Assembling and commissioning a production ATE rack - power supplies, industrial PC, touchscreen HMI, measurement and switching hardware, safety hardwareIntegrating barcode scanner, fixture interfaces, DUT connection harnesses and test accessoriesCable routing, labelling, continuity and insulation checks, basic electrical verificationFitting and aligning the test fixture - pin mapping, mechanical interface checks, design-for-maintenance improvementsDeveloping and debugging the LabVIEW production test application - serial number scanning, product ID, config detection, sequence control, pass/fail logic, diagnostics and operator promptsImplementing test data logging, results storage and production reporting; supporting executable build and releaseCovering digital I/O, relay outputs, analogue inputs, ..... full job details .....
