If you re already a strong painter but feel you ve reached the point where you re simply doing the same job in a different bodyshop, this one is worth looking at. The business is putting real investment into training its technicians across different areas of vehicle repair, giving people the chance to build skills beyond their original trade. The role You ll be responsible for high-quality vehicle preparation and refinishing across a range of repairs. Your work will include: Preparing vehicles and panels for paint Colour matching Mixing and applying paint systems Primer, basecoat and clearcoat application Masking and preparation Polishing and finishing Identifying and correcting paint defects Maintaining quality throughout the repair process Working closely with Panel, MET and production colleagues What we re looking for You should have: Current ATA Paint accreditation Good bodyshop or accident repair experience Strong preparation and refinishing skills...
