Salary: £35,570 starting salary (salary range will increase to max £38,510 via the length of service) per annum pro rata. Contract: Permanent basis (Funding is currently secured until 31 March 2027) Hours: Part-time 14 hours per week (excluding lunch breaks) Location: Home Based (please note regular travel to and across the West Midlands is required, including 1 day per week in Coventry). We do this by providing expert advice and casework, building the capacity of partner organisations and campaigning on the policies that affect them. To succeed in the role, you will need to demonstrate: Recent experience and detailed working knowledge of the asylum support system Recent experience of providing advice around the asylum processes, asylum legislation and related support entitlements. Knowledge of Public Law, Human Rights Law and Asylum Support law and policy as it applies to asylum support and associated statutory entitlements.
