Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Westminster Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a ASW Team Manager this role will be based at: 7E Woodfield Road, London, Westminster, W9 3XZ The right candidate will: Westminster City Council is seeking an experienced and dynamic Community Locality Mental Health Team Manager to lead one of our Adult Social Care Community Mental Health Locality Teams. Lead and manage Community Mental Health Locality Teams within Adult Social Care. Ensure compliance with the Care Act, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and associated legislation. Manage service performance against key performance indicators, quality standards and financial targets. Oversee a specialist dual diagnosis function supporting adults with complex mental health and substance misuse needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS partners, voluntary sector organisations and other stakeholders. Provide professional leadership, supervision and support to social workers and multidisciplinary staff. We require the following: Significant experience working with adults and older adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health conditions.
