Assurance Manager

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Assurance Manager to join our Highways Technology Services business, which includes Street Lighting, Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and Highways Technologies. This role will be a national role based at one of our existing contracts, which includes Manchester, Wakefield and Walsall. You will be required to travel between depots across the UK - a Company Car will be provided.The standard hours of work are 40 per week, Monday - Friday.In this role, you will support the Highways Technology Services business, by providing effective solutions to maintain ongoing assurance for operating policies, processes and standards that the business follows. This will be done by actively taking part in audits and other surveillance visits both internally and externally when needed, tracking, and reporting on performance to ensure consistent assurance across the business. Ultimately this role will help the business in enhancing excellence to assure client satisfaction, reduce risk, increase efficiency, and build a reputation for delivering high quality services.What you''ll do: Ensure that the operational business is properly implementing the Amey model, and the standards to which the business subscribes providing support to Health, Safety, Environmental management and quality assurance personnel as required.
