We''re looking for a Assurance and Quality Supervisor to help strengthen quality and continuous improvement across PCH. Working closely with our Assurance Manager and colleagues. You''ll coordinate audits and quality reviews, monitor compliance and corrective actions, and support our Quality Management System. You''ll also supervise our Quality Assurance Assistants, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and support. It''s a varied role where you''ll have the opportunity to build relationships across the organisation, spot opportunities for improvement and help us continue to deliver high-quality services to our customers What you''ll be doing Coordinating and delivering internal audits and quality reviews, assessing the effectiveness and compliance of our processes and controls. Monitoring audit recommendations and corrective actions, making sure agreed improvements are implemented and working effectively. Supporting the maintenance and continual improvement of our Quality Management System, including compliance with BS EN ISO 9001 and other recognised standards.
