Asst Sales Manager

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level£ We’re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support Sales Manager, helping to lead a busy sales department while keeping everything running smoothly.
This is the perfect role for someone with sales or diary management experience who’s ready to step up into a department leadership role.
What you’ll do:

- Support the Sales Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a busy sales office/showroom
- Lead, guide, and train our sales support team and representatives
- Manage sales reports and track performance
- Handle incoming sales calls and make follow-up calls to close deals (no cold calling!)
- Use our CRM system to book and manage appointments
- Welcome customers to the showroom and provide product information
- Prepare quotations for windows and doors (full product training provided)

What we’re looking for:

- Proven experience leading, guiding, and training others
- Strong decision-making skills – confident acting in the Sales Manager’s absence
- At least 1 year of sales experience 

This is a full time and permanent, which is office based
