AssocRICS Building Surveyors

ALink Recruitment are looking for 5 AssocRICS Building Surveyors to survey rail assets across London; stations, depots, warehouses, lineside buildings, escalators, equipment rooms etc. The role will involve collecting information on an iPad; assessing the condition of the internal and external elements of each station as well as identifying building defects, to diagnose causes and to specify remedies. Ensuring the buildings meets current building regulation standards etc. All Building Surveyors should be AssocRICS. Rail experience would be beneficial but not essential. ..... full job details .....
