They have preference for an Associate 2 to VP 1-2 hire and the recruitment is driven by growth. Their coverage encompasses a range of subsectors including: Pharma, Biopharma, Biotechnology, Med tech, Life Science tools and Outsourced Pharmaceutical Services (such as CDMOs, CROs and technology-enabled services).Duties and Responsibilities

Drive production of company valuations and merger and acquisition transaction comparisons based on research findings and client analysisPrepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial informationLead the preparation of materials to support a high velocity of interactions with relevant companies and investorsAssist in the preparation of information memoranda, transaction-related documentation and client presentationsPerform in-depth quantitative financial analysis as it pertains to business, industry and economic forecastingRequired skills

You will be an Associate level (or VP) MandA professional and will have accrued training and investment banking experience within a well-regarded investment bank or boutiqueYou will possess a solid understanding of the sell-side MandA process, along with proven experience in successfully executing dealsAdvanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities are requiredSeniority level
