You''ll advise on estate and asset protection planning, draft tax-efficient wills and trusts, and manage probate and estate administration. You''ll also support clients with Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, and residence and domicile planning for cross-border families and trusts.You''ll play a key role in mentoring junior legal staff, contributing to marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Lexcel procedures.
