Responsibilities
Advising employer clients on HR issues, contracts, policies, grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, and TUPE.
Advising senior executives on negotiating exits, restrictive covenants, and employment disputes.
Managing Employment Tribunal claims and collaborating on High Court employee matters.
Supporting corporate teams on employment issues.
Handling safeguarding work in education and sports sectors.
Engaging in business development activities, including writing thought leadership and delivering training.
Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor with strong employment law experience.
Experience advising employers and senior executives across sectors.
Excellent communication, drafting, and advisory skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
Proactive team player with marketing and business development enthusiasm.
Minimum 2:1 degree.
