Associate/Senior Associate Solicitor – Catastrophic Injury – 4+ PQETSR Legal have recently been instructed by a well-regarded Law firm based in Cardiff, a market leader within Personal Injury. As part of the team, you will be involved in handling high-value, complex cases across the United Kingdom.As a Solicitor within the team, you will work closely with a Partner with a proven track record of mentoring and developing Solicitors in a supportive environment.Managing complex litigated and pre-litigated claims up to £5 million.Working on brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, and high-value property damage arising from motor accidents.Supporting Senior Solicitors within the team, with strategic case management, preparing and reviewing evidence, drafting Court documents, attending hearings, and participating in conferences.Building strong relationships with insurer clients while developing your ability to provide clear, commercial legal advice.If you are a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX) with at least 4 years’ experience in multi-track personal injury claims and litigation, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and strong negotiation and analytical ability.If you believe you have the skill set required, please contact Ryan confidentially on 07554 389913 or
