Are you Level 4 qualified but lack client advising experience? Or are you partway through your Level 4 exams? We invite you to join us as an Associate Adviser, supporting your exam completion and gaining practical experience by working closely with our seasoned Advisers. This role is designed to prepare you for independent advising and to develop your career in wealth management.Your profile

We seek driven, ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit eager to succeed in Wealth Advice. While guidance and support are provided, your grit and determination are key to building a successful career. You should have a strong motivation to develop your business acumen and an interest in private wealth and investment management. We have a track record of developing individuals from various backgrounds into business owners in wealth management, with coaching from industry experts. Typically, two years in this role will prepare you to become an Appointed Wealth Adviser.Requirements

Half Qualified or Fully Qualified with a QCF Level 4 Diploma (e.g., 3 out of 6 RO exams passed)Deep desire to grow and succeedTeam player willing to contribute to our practice’s growthProven success in a sales roleStrong numerical skills and attention to detailExperience in banking, professional services, legal, or financial sectors is beneficial; alternatively, success in other careers, education, or sports may be consideredYour mission

This role supports your journey to becoming a fully qualified adviser by providing practical experience and exam support. You will work closely with experienced advisers to learn on the job, setting you up for success in advising clients independently.Why us?
