Lead front-of-house hospitality training — delivering engaging, hands-on practical sessions, combined with insightful theory lessons. You’ll work mostly on-site at workplaces, with occasional college-based training.You’ll be the heart of our apprenticeship front-of-house programmes, guiding learners to excellence, managing your caseload with precision, and keeping flawless records.Qualifications / Requirements
Experienced, qualified hospitality professional with a proven track record of delivering effective training (ideally having coached hospitality apprentices up to Level 3).Motivated, positive go-getter who’s driven to uphold our high standards.Driving licence required – access to college vehicle or mileage paid.Successful applicants will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure by the DBS.How to apply / Interview
