Associate Structural Engineer

We re currently supporting a well-established, growing multi-disciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Structural Engineer to lead its Cardiff team. This is a senior leadership-focused role, ideal for someone already operating at Associate level, or a Principal/Senior Structural Engineer who is looking to step up and take on greater responsibility across people, projects, and clients. This opportunity offers a genuine chance to shape and influence a regional team while working on a diverse and technically engaging portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing workload and resources, leading client relationships, and contributing strategically to project delivery. The team works across a broad range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, residential, aviation, energy, and an expanding pipeline of data centre projects across the UK and internationally. You ll be trusted to lead from the front while still remaining hands-on where it adds value.
