Associate Structural Engineer

A leading national engineering consultancy is seeking an Associate Structural Engineer to join its successful Southwark office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer who is looking to take on a senior leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking business, renowned for delivering high-profile engineering projects across the UK. As an Associate, you''ll play a key role within an established structural engineering team, leading the delivery of complex projects across sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments. You''ll oversee project delivery, mentor and develop junior engineers, strengthen existing client relationships and help identify new business opportunities, while remaining actively involved in the technical direction of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years'' post-graduate experience within the UK consultancy sector and be capable of independently leading projects from inception to completion.
