Associate Structural Engineer

The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Structural Engineer to join a growing, design-led civil and structural engineering consultancy in their Bristol office. This is a senior-level position ideally suited to a Chartered Engineer looking to move beyond pure project delivery. You ll play a key role in client engagement, business development, and team growth with the chance to shape and build your own team within an established office of around 12 professionals. The consultancy delivers high-quality commercial and residential schemes with a boutique approach, focusing on carefully selected clients, bespoke engineering solutions, and technical excellence all without the constraints of a large corporate structure. The Role As an Associate Structural Engineer, you ll take on a position that combines technical leadership with commercial and client-facing responsibilities, helping drive both successful project delivery and the continued growth of the Bristol office.
