Associate Structural Engineer

Associate Structural Engineer
Nottingham
Up to -75,000 plus hybrid working and unlimited annual leave

You''re an experienced structural engineer at a point in your career where you''re comfortably running projects. The problem is, there''s little or no room for you to progress any further in your current company.

You''ve recognised the need-for a change, and you can definitely see the advantage of working in a different environment. One that supports your ambitions. A place that doesn''t limit your career progress and can push you to achieve more personally and professionally.

The opportunity

You''ll be joining a fast-growing civil & structural engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for retaining good engineers, rewarding them and promoting internally.

The projects you''ll be working on are some of the most high-profile in the region, with no two jobs and no two days the same here. So, you won''t stagnate.

You''ll keep progressing upwards, and if your ambitions are to become a Director, this is on offer for you here.

No carrot, just a clear path.

What else?

You''ll be working in a totally non-corporate environment, where-you''ll be valued as a person first above all else, and not just a number-cruncher. With regular socials, well-being initiatives, a healthy pension provision and flexible working to suit you and your lifestyle.

Sound better than where you''re at right now? That''s probably because it is.
