An established and growing multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to join their London team at Associate or Associate Director level.

This consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across complex developments throughout the UK. With a collaborative culture and a strong pipeline of projects, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior structural engineer to take on a leadership position within a well-respected practice.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading structural engineering projects, managing teams, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the structural design and delivery of complex building projects

• Managing project teams and mentoring junior engineers

• Acting as a senior technical lead within the structural engineering team

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

• Supporting business development and project bidding activities

• Contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the team

Requirements

• Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng) – MIStructE or MICE

• Strong background in structural engineering consultancy

• Proven experience delivering projects within sectors such as residential, commercial, mixed-use or regeneration

• Experience leading project teams and mentoring engineers

• Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes
