As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking an Associate Structural Engineer who can lead from the front, combining technical excellence with strong leadership and commercial awareness to help drive both project delivery and team development.The successful candidate will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, healthcare, education and mixed-use developments. Schemes range from complex city centre regeneration through to major public sector programmes, offering a technically engaging and varied workload. The role will balance hands-on design oversight with project management, client liaison and team leadership responsibilities.This is a position suited to someone who is confident operating at a senior level within a Consultancy environment.
