About The Role
We are looking for a motivated
Associate Solicitor,
to join our dynamic
Private Client
team in
Cambridge.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on complex estate administration matters and succession planning within a reputable and growing firm.
What This Role Would Include
Assisting experienced lawyers with complex cases.With appropriate supervision, providing clients with high quality and proactive legal advice that meets their needs.Managing files. Drafting contracts, checking titles, preparing initial reports to clients on initial paperwork and documentation.Applying for and reporting on local searches, index map searches and any other relevant searches.Undertaking and confirming exchange of contracts and advising parties
What We Are Looking For
While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:
Demonstrated success in handling complex private client cases, with a proven track record of delivering favorable outcomes.Possession of a Law degree, completion of the LPC and a two-year training contract, or holding a qualifying degree with completion of the GDL one-year conversion course, LPC, and a two-year training contract.Alternatively, candidates may hold the relevant CILEX qualification.
