You will advise a broad range of clients on complex corporate transactions and strategic business matters, working closely with business owners, investors and corporate stakeholders.Your work will include advising on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructures, alongside drafting and negotiating transaction documents and wider commercial agreements.
