They have one of the largest practices in Scotland where they advise developers, investors, lenders and corporate occupiers on a broad range of high value property transactions across Scotland, the UK and internationally.It''s an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team of over 70 solicitors, supported by integrated expertise across construction, planning, banking, corporate, property litigation and renewables. The team acts across multiple sectors including retail, offices, residential, leisure, hotels, student accommodation and mixed use developments. The Role You will work closely with an experienced partner recognised for advising developers, investors, and occupiers on complex property transactions. You will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial, pragmatic advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters. You will be involved in:Drafting and negotiating contracts for the acquisition and disposal of commercial propertyAdvising on leases, asset management and landlord and tenant mattersNegotiating and implementing development agreementsExamining titles and reporting to clients on complex property structuresSupporting major investment and development transactionsSupervising ..... full job details .....
